TASTING NOTES:
- Vista: Pardas Aspriu 2007 is cherry.
- Nose: Aromas of Mediterranean fruit (pomegranate), fresh and balsamic (licorice and rosemary), very mineral, with hints of orange marmalade licorosas, blackberry jam and memories of Cointreau.
- Palate: discrete input, but with volume, just to fill the mouth. Fruity, fleshy, with clean tannins. Long and persistent.

GRAPES: Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon
